Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds and then release it. A bubblegum logo will appear on the screen. The tablet is now on and will take a few seconds to load up.

Place your finger on the icon that looks like a lock and drag your finger to the right. Do not lift your finger while doing this. Your tablet is now unlocked.

Touch the icon on the bottom of the screen that looks like a golf ball — this opens a menu page showing all the apps installed on the tablet.

Press the power button and hold it for 3 seconds. A notice will appear on the screen asking if you want to switch the tablet off.

Press the power button once only and the screen will lock and switch to sleep mode.

Press the power button once and the screen will light up. Then unlock the screen by dragging the lock icon to the right.

Press the volume up or down buttons on the top of the tablet on the left hand side.

The first time you charge your tablet, please let it charge for 6 hours. After that, you will only need to charge it for 4 hours.

While the tablet is connected to the charger and the power supply is switched on, a battery icon will appear on the screen of the tablet.

Please make sure you let the tablet charge overnight and then attempt to switch it on. Ensure you hold down the on button for 3 seconds. If the problem persists, use the mini USB cable to charge your tablet. Still stuck? Contact our support team.

The tablet takes a mini SD card and can take a memory card of up to 32 GB.

The cable provided in the box slots in there, and you can connect it to your home PC to transfer data or to charge your tablet. You can also use it to connect a memory stick or a 3G dongle to your tablet.

Yes — use the mini USB adaptor cable provided in the box to connect your 3G dongle.

Make sure Wi-Fi is enabled and connected, then access an app store through the browser to select and download the applications you want.

Open settings and select display, place the tablet on a flat surface, and select the G-sensor option. The tablet will recalibrate over about 30 seconds.

You can wipe the screen with a clean cloth or tissue paper. Do not use water or chemicals!

If your tablet does not boot up past the bubblegum logo screen, you will need to do a hard reboot of the tablet. If you're unsure how, get in touch and we'll walk you through it.
